Signature Burgundy Experience
Burgundy, France | 28 October – 5 November 2026
An intimate, thoughtfully curated immersion into Burgundy’s food, wine, and sense of place
This small-group experience is designed for guests who value depth, connection, and authenticity. Rather than rushing from tasting to tasting, the itinerary balances guided experiences with unhurried time to explore, reflect, and enjoy Burgundy at its own pace.
This is a hosted journey — carefully paced, intentionally designed, and limited in size to ensure ease, access, and a sense of intimacy throughout.
What to Expect
Arrival & Welcome
Guests arrive in Burgundy and settle into centrally located accommodations in the heart of Beaune. The experience begins with a welcome dinner, offering a relaxed introduction to the region and the group — an evening focused on conversation, comfort, and anticipation of the days ahead.
Hands-On Cooking & Lunch Experience
A culinary highlight of the journey, this experience features a private hands-on cooking class and lunch led by local professionals. Guests will participate in preparing classic regional dishes, followed by a shared meal thoughtfully paired with local wines.
The evening is left intentionally free, allowing guests to explore Beaune at their own pace.
Guided Wine Exploration
Guests enjoy half-day guided wine tours, visiting select producers and tasting wines that reflect Burgundy’s diversity and terroir. These tours are paced to encourage learning and enjoyment without overwhelm, with time built in for rest and independent discovery.
Vineyard Walk & Regional Tastings
A slower-paced day begins with a guided vineyard walk, offering insight into Burgundy’s landscape, climate, and sense of place. This non-tasting experience allows guests to understand terroir beyond the glass.
The afternoon continues with regional culinary tastings, such as mustard and cassis, highlighting Burgundy’s broader food heritage and providing a sensory contrast to wine-focused days.
Free Exploration Day
One full day is intentionally left open for guests to enjoy Burgundy in their own way — strolling the town, visiting wine bars, shopping, or simply resting. Curated recommendations are provided for those who wish to explore independently.
Final Wine Experience & Farewell Dinner
The experience concludes with a final half-day wine exploration, followed by a farewell dinner within walking distance of the accommodations. This closing evening brings the group together to reflect, celebrate, and enjoy Burgundy’s hospitality one last time.
